What we're looking for in our sales team members
Sales Experience
Minimum 1 year of B2B or B2C sales experience. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Nice to have: Cybersecurity or IT industry experience is a plus.
Educational Background
Matric (Grade 12) is required. A relevant Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Science, or Business is highly preferred.
Nice to have: Relevant certifications (CompTIA Security+, CISSP associate, etc.) are a bonus.
Communication Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication. Ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms.
Nice to have: Multilingual capabilities (Zulu, Xhosa, Afrikaans) are advantageous.
Self-Motivated
Entrepreneurial mindset with strong work ethic. Ability to work independently without supervision.
Nice to have: Previous commission-based or freelance experience.
